Happy Birthday to our managing editor, Elizabeth Castoria! Yesterday, the VN staff surprised her with a homemade ice cream cake filled with layers of So Delicious vanilla ice cream, Newman O’s chocolate cookies, and So Delicious mocha fudge, covered in Healthy Top (and more cookies, of course). To another year of Elizabeth!
