Even after the decadent glory of Vegan Cheese Week (anyone remember Cheesy Tomato-Stuffed Waffles or Vegan Lasagna Bites?), we decided that we still hadn’t reached our full cheese capacity. Which is why we’re launching the VegNews Vegan Photo Challenge, an opportunity for YOU, yes YOU, to share the most scintillating images of your recipes using dairy-free mozzarella, cheddar, swiss, Brie, or anything else of a melty, tangy nature. Who can resist a piping hot pizza covered in gooey mozzarella, a plate of nachos mothered with cheddar, an artisan wedge of cashew cheese with wine, or a slice of creamy strawberry cheesecake? To celebrate, we want to see your best vegan cheese photos. Whether you’ve whipped up a plate of tacos for a weeknight meal or spent hours crafting a decadent cheese soufflé, send us your most inspring and delicious photos for a chance to win a dessert delivery from Sticky Fingers Bakery (a box of cinnamon rolls, cookies, and creme-filled sandwiches will arrive on your doorstep). There are three easy ways to enter:
